It’s that time of year again, we are transitioning from warm summer weather into cooler and less humid fall temperatures. As you start thinking about fall sweaters and jeans, it’s also a great time to think about adjusting your skin care routine.
As the climate changes, so do the needs of your skin. Cooler drier temperatures mean that the skin needs more protection and hydration to keep it from feeling dry, dull and dehydrated. It is also an excellent time to think about incorporating some new exfoliation into your skin care routine. UV damage over the summer leads to an accumulation of dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. Also sun spots or hyperpigmentation can tend to look darker.
